Amy Barrett
Amy Barrett started out as a journalist, contributing regularly to The New York Times Magazine and other national publications. Her filmmaking career began with a series of short films that appeared at festivals worldwide. Her short film CARRY ME won the Jean Picker Firstenberg Award at the 2016 AFI Conservatory Directing Workshop for Women. She next directed several episodes of the Emmy-nominated Web series UNREAL: THE AUDITIONS. She directed STAGING CHRISTMAS and THE CHRISTMAS BALL for the Lifetime Network. She lives in Los Angeles.
