How We Come Together 2025

A Women's History Month Event

Thurs. March 20th 2025

Film Fatales members were invited to an in-person mixer in Los Angeles during Women’s History Month. Sponsors were present at the event with lenses to showcase on-camera builds so that we could all check out different visual aesthetics. This celebration got a little fancy! We loved having you all with us. Drinks and light bites were provided.

Co-hosted by AWD, AWFC, BGDM, CDI, Film Girlz Brunch, GenXX, ICFC, NALIP, NYDF and WiM.

Presented by BECiNE with support from event sponsors Atlas Lens Co, Canon, Cooke, Hawk, Scriptation and Vault Rentals.

We started Atlas Lens Co. with two goals in mind: To create the lenses that we wanted to use for our own films, while making them accessible to more cinematographers and image-makers everywhere. Headquartered in Glendale, CA, Atlas Lens Co. designs and manufactures affordable, high-performance cinema tools that deliver vintage anamorphic aesthetics with the conveniences of modern mechanical design. Their lenses are designed to empower innovative image-makers to bring their visions to life.

BECiNE is a boutique camera rental house in Los Angeles specializing in supreme optics and customer service while offering a family-friendly atmosphere for the Film and TV industry.

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States and to Latin America and the Caribbean markets.

For over 100 years, Cooke has been at the centre of the filmmaking business, listening to the community of which we are a part. We lead by introducing new products such as /i Technology, and we remember our success is built on a simple idea – do what the filmmaker needs.

Hawk offers the widest range of anamorphic and spherical motion picture lenses in the industry. Each series is visually distinctive but all can be freely combined. The result is maximum creative flexibility in the hands of the cinematographer.
