IRL is a seductive, humorous thriller about a man, a woman, her friend and three screens. Bill, a handsome divorced father, is captivated by social media as a means of self-expression…and meeting women. One of his recent posts unexpectedly went viral, and he’s looking for another hit. Katrina is an attractive stranger who sits down next to Bill at the park and proceeds to have a salacious Facetime with her alluring friend Dede. When Dede appears to have a diabetic emergency, Bill offers to drive Katrina to Dede’s house. In the car, Bill is friendly yet cool, but Katrina loosens him up and things get a little spicy. But when they arrive at Dede’s, it turns out Katrina and Dede aren’t exactly what they seem…and neither is Bill. The exhibitionists and the voyeur trade places in a perception-bending climax.
