Bio
Natalie is a Bolivian-American filmmaker and global development strategist whose work sits at the intersection of indigenous storytelling, social transformation, and conscious philanthropy. She is the founder of Pachamama Sabia, a social impact production company dedicated to honoring indigenous wisdom traditions and amplifying the stories that inspire global action. Over the course of her career, Natalie's documentary storytelling and impact work has helped raise more than $140 million for global causes — from jaguar conservation in the Amazon to contemplative leadership across 50 countries. As Impact Campaign Director for the National Geographic film Tigre Gente — an award-winning documentary exposing the illegal jaguar trafficking trade between Bolivia and China — she built a global movement around one of the most urgent conservation and human rights crises of our time. For seven years, Natalie led a global Fellowship program authorized by the 14th Dalai Lama, cultivating more than 250 mindful, compassionate, and ethical leaders across 50+ countries in partnership with the University of Virginia's Contemplative Sciences Center. She began her career in production and business development, launching CNN International's $100M Abu Dhabi Production Hub — building world-class storytelling infrastructure from the ground up. In 2014, Natalie founded AVNI Healing, offering energy healing and spiritual reconnection to hundreds of individuals worldwide. Her most recent film, Q'Hana Uma — a short art film and spiritual exchange — bears witness to a modern Andean ceremony on the sacred grounds of the Island of the Moon in Bolivia's Lake Titicaca, where the pre-Inca Ñustas were once initiated. Natalie currently serves on multiple nonprofit boards advancing impact storytelling, gender equity, indigenous rights, disability empowerment, and reproductive justice.
