LONG STORY SHORT is a rom-com about a Black woman trying to get her hair done.
LONG STORY SHORT follows in the tradition of "Girl's Trip", "Bridesmaids" and "One of Them Days" as a female-driven, broad comedy, that will have men laughing in the aisles just as loudly as the women that brought them there!
Our hero Temple Ross has met the one. The only problem is he’s never seen her real hair. Weaves and braids have always been her go-to, but now they have literally gone up in smoke, leaving her hair at an all-time low. So Temple solicits the help of her two best friends and together they odyssey through Los Angeles in a twenty-four hour, last ditch attempt to get her hair right before a crucial date to meet her boyfriend’s family that will determine her fate. Will she ride off into the sunset with the man of her dreams, or will her hair doom her to a life of misery and solitude?
