Synopsis

POST CONVICTION is a short documentary chronicling the relentless pursuit of justice by Roosevelt Myles, who was wrongfully convicted of first-degree murder in 1996. Despite the absence of physical evidence linking him to the crime, Myles was sentenced to 60 years in prison, largely based on the coerced testimony of a 15-year-old witness. Through a deeply personal lens, the film delves into Myles's arduous journey through a broken justice system, highlighting the systemic issues that led to his wrongful conviction and his unwavering determination to clear his name.
