Vivian Kleiman is a Peabody Award-winning documentary filmmaker known for tackling challenging subjects and filmic approaches. As Director, Kleiman's work includes: "No Straight Lines: The Rise of Queer Comics," to be released June 2021. "The Meaning of Food,” a 3-part limited documentary series for national PBS exploring the connection of food, identity, and culture. "Ein Stehaufmanmchen," a portrait of a Holocaust survivor who became an international diplomat. "Families Are Forever," chronicling a Mormon family's journey to acceptance of their gay 13-year old son.
