Synopsis

THE LOST CONTINENT start In the vast deserts of the American Southwest. Alix, a restless supermarket cashier, sets out for the Pacific with her younger sister and two closest friends in search of reinvention. Their escape is shattered when her sister is killed by a stray police bullet, leaving the three women devastated and untethered. They find refuge with Catharina, an enigmatic and powerful figure who helps them transform their grief into strength. As they heal, each woman embarks on her own path — confronting systems of power, reclaiming agency over her body, and redefining justice on her own terms. From the Southwest to Alaska, their journey becomes a mythic odyssey of loss, sisterhood, and rebirth — a story about women refusing to remain invisible and choosing to author their own destinies.
