Clio befriends Fred, a homeless former jazz singer down on his luck. They form a special bond over music, and Clio, having just lost her own father, helps Fred reconnect with his own daughter, just in time for Christmas.
Camille Brown graduated from UCLA’s prestigious Film and Television school. She is an award-winning filmmaker. In 2009 she made her narrative short film Thank You for Washing, which she wrote, directed, produced and edited. The short has gone on to win Best Short Film at several film festivals. Most notable is NBC Short Cuts Festival. She recently released her directorial feature thriller The Nth Ward.
