Caleb Castillo, a Latino landscaper, is involved in a scandal with fashion star Fiona Hernandez and is devoted to his wife Celine. They break up, and Celine reclaims her son Brody (Fiona's & caleb's), despite Caleb's promises to leave her.
From an early age Yara has always had a passion for storytelling. Not realizing it then, she started directing at an early age when she would create skits, dances, and audio recordings with her childhood friends and siblings. Yara studied acting for many years and has been mentored by LA's best, Robert Carnegie, Doug Warhit, and Jeff Goldblum to name a few. Having this experience is what strengthens her directing skills. She learned the craft of filmmaking by doing it hands on. She spent many years on various sets as a second unit director, first assistant director, producer, and script supervisor. Yara's directorial debut "DEMISE" in which she also wrote and produced has been distributed by Gravitas Ventures. It has been featured on E! News, Access Hollywood, KTLA, CBS and more. With its current international release, DEMISE was nominated for best indie film of the year at the National Film awards in London. Yara can't wait to direct her next feature film, a holiday romcom entitled "Merry We Go."
