Build a Festival Strategy that Works

Join Film Fatales for an in-depth, virtual Festival Strategy Workshop led by Kimberley Browning, a shorts programmer for Tribeca Festival and founder of Hollywood Shorts. This webinar will feature case studies from three participating filmmakers Dana Nachman (The Second Life of Freddie Nole), Lauren Greenhall (That’s How You Make a Torah), and Ran Jing (Imprint). Want to learn what film festival programmers are really looking for? Join this online workshop to explore tips and insights on evaluating your film in order to create a productive festival strategy. We will review a selection of films from workshop participants, and delve into the process of understanding the best types of festivals to maximize each film's potential. We will also explore how festivals can be part of your overall distribution plans, audience building, and how they can advance your career.
