Synopsis

CLAIRE (25) is caught in a love triangle between her boyfriend LEVI (25) and the sullen troublemaker, TIM (25). While at a lake house party one summer night, Tim unexpectedly drowns…right after Claire rejects his desire to turn their fling into a real relationship. Over a year after the accident, Claire is still haunted by the events of that summer, but is engaged to Levi. At Claire’s urging, her close group of friends return to the lake house for one final weekend before Levi's parents sell the place. But over that charged weekend, simmering tensions flare between the young adults. As reality grows increasingly strange, Claire begins to doubt her own sanity, whether Tim has actually departed the lake house…and whether she ever really wants to leave it herself.
